Venus Enters Pisces - Exaltation + The Heart Chakra

Ok I wasn't going to make this post originally, but for the past couple of nights I've been waking up at the exact same time between 3:30 and 3:33 and the same message has been coming to me so loudly. The message that keeps coming through is this : 

"Open your heart space. Allow love to flow in and trust with certainty that love is elevating the planet you are almost there."

GREEN is the color of the heart chakra, the Anahata energy space. It's the 4th energy center in the body that sits in the middle of the chest. Each chakra spins like a glowing disc. When the heart space is balanced, it glows brightly like an emerald. We easily feel empathy, compassion, healing, unconditional love and view situations from a higher perspective. When it is imbalanced we may feel jealousy, insecurity, loneliness even if surrounded by other people or emotional instability.

The heart chakra can become imbalanced for a various number of reasons and when it does there are different ways we can bring it back into balance.

1.) Literally go touch grass. I know we joke about this all of the time but there is an actual electromagnetic exchange that happens with our bodies and the Earth connect. Standing barefoot on land (whether it's dirt, grass, snow, ice, rocks, etc.) for a minute or two is a simple but extremely powerful way to reset the heart space.

2.) If you like pretty rocks, a.k.a crystals I personally love putting rose quartz, labradorite or green aventurine in my pocket. Let me be clear -- the rocks don't do magic. Your energy does. But they are catalysts for your energy and have the capability to amplify your higher vibrations.

3.) Breathing Techniques: Box breathing (Google it), is a simple but highly effective breathing technique to bring your heart into balance. Anyone can do it, even if you've never tried it before. You breathe in for 5 seconds, hold your breath for 5 seconds then breathe out for 5 seconds. Each breath in/out or hold, you draw a line with your finger in the air to create a box. Do this until you feel your nervous system feel more calm.

DID YOU KNOW? The physical heart and energetic heart space, when at it's highest vibration, emits energy OUTSIDE of the body by several feet. There are science reports and studies to back this up where it's been mathematically measured. So when your heart space is in alignment and you're standing in line at the grocery store, the loving energy you are feeling is actually being captured by the people you are standing next to. This energy literally spreads to others.

Also, we have March coming up where the color green is very prominent. Coincidence? Naaaah. I vote to wear as much green as possible for the next month to help us raise our vibration of love. This brings me to what's happening in astrology that coincides with these middle of the night messages I've been getting.

Exalted: When a planet is exalted in a sign it means it is in most alignment, at its peak and performing at its best. It's the best type of alignment for a planet.

On December 4, 2025 at 6:13 PM EST, we meet the final Full Moon of the year, and she is not subtle. This is a Super Full Moon in Gemini, the last in 2025’s three-part Supermoon story. October lit the match. November woke something up inside you. This moon helps you connect the dots and see the bigger pattern, overall story and bigger picture.

Gemini is the sign of stories, questions, and the way your mind tries to make sense of life.
